At the 18th world's leading textile machinery exhibition, Epson, For.Tex and F.lli Robustelli we have presented the Total Solution, our ‘turnkey’ offer which helps operators seize digital textile market opportunities.
It is an integrated digital textile printing system which is based around Epson PrecisionCore printheads, engineering by F.lli Robustelli, Genesta inks and fabrics pre-and post-treatment by For.Tex. This system reaches its heights in the Monna Lisa Evo Tre – a range of industrial printers known throughout the industry for its high-quality textile printing.

We have presented the latest Monna Lisa Evo Tre range innovations. The range provides high quality and productivity printing on different types of fabrics, from natural fibres such as cotton, silk, linen, wool to synthetic fabrics and is perfect for many applications. The 32 heads version can reach a speed of 692 sqm (461 Lmt/h) (300 dpi × 600 dpi) and can be configured as 16 channels or 8+8 colours for greater versatility.
Excellence in projection
The projections in our booth contributed to convey the emotion, quality and sense of beauty a fabric printed with Monna Lisa Evo Tre can give.
The textured 3D butterflies represent the endless creative possibilities of Monna Lisa Evo Tre, infinite patterns and colours for fabrics belonging to the most diverse fields of application.
The vortex of colours, instead, reveals the artistic mood of Monna Lisa Evo Tre. The ink drops are the result of our real Genesta inks being scattered and mixed in water, and filmed at a very quick frame rate, to be then slowed down at post-production stage (slow motion).
Three different surfaces reproduce the same content in syncro.
Three Epson EB-L25000U projectors reach a base resolution of over 11,000 pixels thanks to 4K Enhancement technology.
EB-L25000U is a laser installation projector characterized by the exceptional brightness of 25,000 lumen and by a sealed optical unit. These features make it ideal for well-lit and smoky environments such as exhibitions or live events. The newly optimised cooling system makes it possible for the versatile EB-L25000U to be rotated through 360°, to be mounted at any angle and to project images in portrait or any other orientation.
Responsible for providing the projectors, their installation and the electrical connections.
Responsible for designing the syncro multi-projection system, for mapping the projection surfaces through the Z_Server and for developing the customized content (3D butterflies and ink drops) in order to take advantage of the exceptional resolution of the EB-L25000U projectors.
